Our story started with a vision from 12Cape, who saw a gap in the market for an aparthotel that truly felt like home – stylish, independent, and rooted in its surroundings. Situated on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, Latitude reflects the area’s vibrant spirit, making it a favourite spot for leisure travellers and digital nomads alike.
We’re proud to celebrate local talent through every detail of our space. Our apartments feature custom furniture and artwork created by South African designers and artists, many of whom are based right here in Cape Town. These collaborations don’t just make our spaces unique – they also support our community by creating local jobs and opportunities.

Latitude is inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds us. Our design draws from the unique flora and fauna of Sea Point’s mountains – think textures and tones from the world-renowned Fynbos floral kingdom and expansive sea views that shape our colour palette.
