Do you offer daily housekeeping?

Yes! We keep your space fresh and ready every day. Housekeeping between 09:00 – 16:00 daily.

Checking in and checking out?

Please note that check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00 on your day of departure.

How equipped are your kitchens?

Pretty much like home – stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer machine, and all the essentials for cooking up a storm.

Will I have basic items when I arrive?

We’ve got you covered with coffee pods, tea, sugar, sweeteners, and milk. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, bring extra pods – our machines are Nespresso-compatible.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes – stay connected, on us.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, every apartment comes with one.

What is your plug situation?

We’ve got standard South African plugs (Type M) and international adapters available at reception if you need.

Do you provide toiletries?

Yes, we offer shampoo and body wash from a local brand. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, complimentary undercover parking is available.

Will I pay full price for my child/children? Do you offer extra beds?

You pay per apartment, not per person. We don’t have extra beds, but baby cots and high chairs are available.

Is there an iron available?

Yes, every apartment has an iron and ironing board.

I want to keep fit during my stay – what are the options?

Get out and explore the Promenade just down the road, or grab a gym voucher from us for a nearby local gym.

Do you offer facilities for guests with disabilities?

Yes, our property is wheelchair accessible.

Are you pet friendly?

We love animals, but only service animals are allowed.

Do you provide laundry services?

 No need – your apartment has a washer-dryer combo. For any dry cleaning services, enquire at reception.

Yes – head up to Hugo Social Club on the 9th floor for good vibes, great views, and tasty bites.

What happens during loadshedding?

We’re fully powered.

Do you have sleeper couches?

No, our apartments don’t have sleeper couches.

Is the restaurant halaal?

No, it’s not certified halaal.

Does the restaurant have vegan options?

Yes, we’ve got some tasty plant-based choices.

Is the pool heated?

Our two splash pools aren’t heated – but they’re perfect for cooling off.

Where is the closest beach?

Saunders Beach – a local favourite and just a quick stroll away.

Where can I rent a bicycle?

Right here! Just ask at reception and we’ll set you up with a Rideway bike.
